Activities:
. You contribute a high degree of design affinity to the team and are a driving force in the field of usability and software ergonomics.
. System Design + Integration:  Construct and manage reusable parts and create scalable, consistent systems.  Although they are not the primary emphasis, there are points of contact with backend technology.
. development of complex prototypes for creative UX to add new features and enhance current UX.
. Work together with our designer and other engineers to improve concepts, make sure they are technically feasible, and convert them straight into code or pitch ideas.
. upkeep and more codebase development.
Qualification:
a high degree of originality together with high standards for both your work and yourself.
. Technical and Design  Know-how: Thorough familiarity with front-end trends in the React ecosystem and extensive expertise with technologies such as Figma.
. Knowledge: You possess a thorough understanding of JavaScript/TypeScript, CSS, React, and the associated libraries (such as Tanstack, Framer Motion, Status, etc.).
. CSS proficiency:  You are quite knowledgeable about CSS and have worked with utility-first CSS frameworks like Shadcn and Tailwind for a long time.
. Engineering Mindset: You strive to increase efficiency and usability, recognize any roadblocks early on, and comprehend the demands of engineers.
. Design systems: You are able to actively contribute to the code, create scalable design systems, and manage pre-existing libraries.
. Cooperation: To create creative solutions and guarantee top-notch implementations, you will collaborate closely with designers and other stakeholders.
. Engagement with open source: You've demonstrated that you actively participate in the developer community or have made contributions to open source projects.
. Frontend tools: You have a thorough understanding of contemporary frontend techniques and tools, such as B. Rspack, Vite, Babel, and techniques like code splitting.
. Leadership & Communication: You can coach junior developers, lead technical conversations, and perform code reviews because of your strong communication abilities.  A strong command of German is also necessary to provide productive teamwork and communication with stakeholders.
. Passion for Developer Experience: You have a strong commitment to enhancing the speed and efficiency of developers and are passionate about Developer Experience (DX).
